Probably touch my hair all the time. People give me shit about caring about my hair. I only hate it because they're right.

Ted and I at the Laughing Squid 11th Anniversary party. We're competing in Pivotal's Movember Moustache contest. He's my brotha from anotha motha.

So... Halloween this year pretty much rocked. The worst part of it by far was the Castro. Yikes. Way too crowded, 80% out-of-towners, shootings. Enough said.

Anyway, back to the good stuff! There were some great parties and some amazing costumes. It's really cool to have a group of friends who gets this into Halloween, and with such a creative variety of costumes. Thanks guys!

Worth it? Or not?

More info...

I got my phone back today. The first 6 hours of yesterday, the day without it, were actually great. I had some breakfast with a friend, drove to the top of twin peaks to see the view, had coffee at Ritual, and a really good smoothie at Sidewalk Juice on 21st Street.

The next few hours I just felt out of touch. A few friends were available on IM, and I was glad to talk to them. I ended up not getting my phone back at all on Sunday. Luckily, this afternoon I met Morty, the coolest limo driver ever, downtown and he handed my lifeline back to me. Morty is my hero today.

I think my phone secretly wants to be a boomerang. This is the second time it's left me and returned safely.

The Vloggies were a blast last night. Thanks to Irina for executing such a sparkly and fun event. All high notes, except that in a late-night limo ride, my phone slipped out of my pocket. Luckily, Morty the limo driver is a cool guy and he found it. He's going to bring it back to me some time today... We'll see. I'm still waiting.
